Pilates is a low-impact but strength-building type of exercise that is suitable for the everyday person of any shape, age or body type. Practicing Pilates regularly can increase strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress and develop a strong healthy posture. You will benefit from the body awareness that Pilates promotes and will be able to utilise Pilates principles in your daily office activities.

You can now join our real-time Pilates classes and Body Power classes from the comfort of your own home! Our lovely instructor, Asimina, is running these classes online with up to six people per class for just £10 per person.

She is also offering online personal training sessions for just £30 an hour for 1 person, and £23 an hour per person if you’d like to share the session session with a friend (via video, of course)!

From mindfulness meditation to office massage, yoga to pilates consider us a ‘one-stop shop’ for your workplace wellness needs. 

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact but strength-building type of exercise that is suitable for the everyday person of any shape, age or body type. Practicing Pilates regularly can increase strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress and develop a strong healthy posture. You will benefit from the body awareness that Pilates promotes and will be able to utilise Pilates principles in your daily office activities. Our Pilates classes are designed for all levels and capabilities, whether you are new to Pilates or whether you are more advanced so everyone can take part, regardless of experience.

 

Yoga

A typical corporate yoga class will:

  • Stretch out tired and tight muscles
  • Strengthen and tone the whole body
  • Induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices.

Our classes are suitable for all levels of yogis

How it works:

Class’ hours and location can be adjusted depending on the company’s preference. Classes are capped at 15 people. Classes last 60 minutes (30 min or 45 minutes classes are also available). Some companies find that early morning classes is most convenient for their employees, whilst others opt for lunchtime or after work classes.

We can offer classes from 7.30 am to 8.00 pm (duration 1 hour). You do not need to provide your own mat and wear comfortable gym style clothing, no trainers needed.
